A six month content engine for The Miracle Wellness Center. Eight short-form videos and one CommuniTEA Podcast sitting every month, from month one, with every piece published for you.
The same four workstreams every month, September through February. Nothing is held back for a later phase, and nothing gets added later either. You appear, and everything downstream of that is ours.
One sitting a month, recorded remotely on Riverside from your own office, so neither you nor your guests travel. That sitting produces three full episodes: edited, branded thumbnails, published to YouTube and clipped for short form. Your staff member stops being the editor.
One sitting, every monthEight videos a month, every month. All eight come out of a single shoot day, Tuesday at 9am, booked weeks ahead so it never collides with clinic. Edited, captioned, and posted for you. Modern lighting, modern grade, modern pacing, so the person on screen is the person patients meet in the room.
Eight a month, from month oneWe post everything, to every platform, on a set rhythm. Every episode, every clip, every video goes live on your accounts without you touching it. There is no separate social media person to hire, because publishing is part of the deliverable, not an add-on to it.
A written content plan in your hands fourteen days before every sitting, built from what you already treat. Strike anything that is not yours and we replace it before you appear, so you never prepare and never research.
The list below is the whole scope. It is identical in September and identical in February, at either rate.
Hormones, ADHD and Autism, Thyroid, Skin and anti-aging, plus gut health, metabolic health and chronic fatigue. Roughly 75% of your patients are women navigating perimenopause and menopause, so that is who the calendar speaks to first. Every topic already sits inside your scope, which is precisely why you never have to prepare for one.
These are your numbers, not ours. You attributed the jump to one change: "Podcast and NAHA. That's the only thing I changed." The proposal below is that same change, run every month instead of once, with a team behind it.
You were a guest on Dr. Aimee Russo-Mounger's podcast. JourneyWell produces that show. You have already sat in the chair, seen how a session runs, and watched what came out the other side with your name on it.
Same producers, same room, same process. You know what the output looks like because you have been in it.
Not an add-on, not a separate hire. A piece that is not live is a piece we have not finished.
Local crew, Tuesday mornings, booked weeks ahead. We move around clinic, clinic does not move around us.
The work does not change across the six months. The price does, once. September and October run at an introductory rate, and from November it goes to the standard rate. You are not buying less at the start and you are not buying more later.
Every month buys exactly the same thing: eight short-form videos, one CommuniTEA sitting on Riverside, the content plan fourteen days ahead, and all publishing handled. September and October are discounted because that is the window in which you are still carrying your current videographer. From November the introductory rate expires and the standard rate applies. Nothing is added in November, and nothing is withheld before it.
The scope does not phase in. What phases is the price, and it is set against three dates that are already on your calendar.
The thirty day notice window has already closed, so he is paid into mid-September regardless. He completes the video he is contracted for. Nothing about this proposal changes that, and we are not asking you to end it early.
You have already blocked this slot. The sitting is recorded remotely on Riverside from your own office. September also carries its shoot day and its eight videos, which means for a few weeks you are paying both of us. We are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can do is make those weeks the cheapest two months of the term.
Ground floor, co-located with the other practitioners. October’s shoot day is scheduled around the move rather than into it. The podcast keeps running throughout, because it is recorded remotely.
The videographer is gone and you are down to one invoice. The scope is what it was in September: eight videos from one shoot day, one CommuniTEA sitting. Your $25 new-patient special expires 30 October, so September and October content is planned to run at that deadline while it is still live.
The introductory rate expires after two months. You receive exactly what you received in September and October: eight videos, one sitting, the plan fourteen days ahead, all publishing handled. The only thing that changes is the invoice.
You are paid up with your current videographer into mid-September, so for part of that month there are two invoices on the desk. That is the honest picture. The introductory rate is our answer to it: $995 rather than $1,500 across both September and October, which is $1,010 held back over the two months in which you are carrying the extra cost. Full scope from day one, at the lowest number it will ever be.
Tuesday 8 September, 9:45am. You blocked it, and we are holding it. Nothing to sign on this page.
Same scope every month · 8 short-form videos and 1 CommuniTEA sitting · $1,500 from November when the intro rate expires. Rate locked if confirmed before 8 September.
